Usage:
Wash area to be bleached with deep and cool water and pat dry.
With a spatula, measure about one-quarter teaspoon powder and one half teaspoon creme on a tray. Blend powder and creme well.
Apply the mixture on the face with a spatula covering the hair completely.
Remove the mixture with a spatula after 15 - 20 minutes. If the hair is not completely bleached, reapply the mixture for about another ten minutes.
